From the north, take junction 31 signposted for Clitheroe and Preston. Join the A677 as soon as you leave the motorway. Continue straight ahead for approximately 15 minutes. As you approach Blackburn town centre, look out for Chimneys Guesthouse on the right side of the road.
At junction 3 pick up the A674 for Blackburn. At the traffic lights, turn right and head towards a mini-roundabout with the Fielden Arms Pub on the right. Continue straight ahead for approximately 8 minutes. Past Witton Park on your left and at the bottom, at the traffic lights, take a left up Buncer Lane. Carry on all the way up to the top. A mini-roundabout and church are on your right. Go right on Preston New Road and 1/4 mile down on the right is Chimneys Guesthouse.
Chimneys Guesthouse is a 10-minute walk from Blackburn town centre and only 15 minutes from Preston by car (or 11 minutes from the M6 motorway). There are also very good bus and rail services and excellent links with all the major roads and motorways. We are only 40 minutes by car from Blackpool and Manchester.

This guesthouse is 1 mile from Blackburn Railway Station, 20 minutes by foot. A taxi cab from the station costs about four pounds and takes about five minutes.
