Chimneys is a long-established, family-run guest house, situated on Preston New Road, the A677 from Preston to Blackburn. You get an immediate sense of comfort and a home from home feeling as you enter the main hallway when you are greeted by the resident pooch, Jesse the Scottie.

To the rear of the property, there is off-road parking and a garden that guests are free to use during their stay at Chimneys.

The guest lounge is a very warm and welcoming place to stay and relax with a real coal fire and tea and coffee making facilities on hand. There is also a good selection of books to borrow whilst you are staying at Chimneys.

In the large and airy dining room, a satisfying breakfast can be enjoyed whilst taking in the enviable views over Blackburn and Darwen tower and Ewood Park, home of Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
