Chimneys Guesthouse is a long-established bed and breakfast on Preston New Road (the A677) near Blackburn town centre in Lancashire, England.
The guesthouse takes its name from the view it once enjoyed of the numerous historic chimneys that used to dot the landscape of this former mill town. Most of the chimneys have now been dismantled, but from the breakfast room visitors still have plenty to see, including the stadium at Ewood Park (home of Blackburn Rovers FC), Darwen Tower, the town centre, and the Royal Infirmary set against East Lancashire's green and gently rolling hills.
To the rear of the property, there is off-road parking and a garden that guests are free to use during their stay at Chimneys.

The guest lounge is a very warm and welcoming place to stay and relax with a real coal fire and tea and coffee making facilities on hand. There is also a good selection of books to borrow whilst you are staying at Chimneys.

In the large and airy dining room, a satisfying breakfast can be enjoyed whilst taking in the enviable views of Blackburn, Darwen Tower and Ewood Park, the home ground of Blackburn Rovers Football Club.
